Welcome to AKY Trustable Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing our website, using our Mutual Fund Health Check form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Disclaimers. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services & Regulatory Status

AKY Trustable Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is an **AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD)** holding registration number ARN-320180.

• Incidental Wording: We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or a Portfolio Manager. We do NOT provide comprehensive financial planning or investment advisory services for a fee.
• Execution & Incidental Reviews: Our services are execution-only and limited to the distribution of mutual fund schemes. Any product recommendations or suitability reviews (including the Free Mutual Fund Health Check) are purely incidental to our distribution business, based on the customer’s stated goals, time horizon, and risk profile as per AMFI guidelines.

2. Commission Disclosures

Under SEBI regulations, we are required to disclose all commissions received by us.
We earn trail commissions directly from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on Regular plan mutual fund investments made through our ARN. This commission is built into the scheme’s Total Expense Ratio (TER) as charged by the AMC, meaning there is **zero direct charge** to the client for MFD transaction services.
A full, written disclosure of the exact commission details will be provided to you before any transaction is executed.

3. Independence of Chartered Accountant (CA) Partner Services

We work with an empanelled independent Chartered Accountant (CA) partner to assist clients with tax compliance needs.

• Separate Services: All tax planning, GST services, bookkeeping, audit, and Income Tax Return (ITR) filings are provided independently by our CA partner. AKY Trustable Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is not a CA firm and does not perform tax filings or audits directly.
• Separate Billing: Any professional fees for tax services are billed directly by the CA partner and disclosed in advance.
• No Liability: AKY Trustable Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a facilitator for this introduction and does not take responsibility or assume liability for the accuracy, legality, or execution of the CA services.

4. Refund and Guarantee Policy

• Mutual Fund Health Check Guarantee: If, after completing the free Mutual Fund Health Check, we fail to provide you with at least 3 specific, documented suitability recommendations for your portfolio, we will pay you ₹500 as an apology. This guarantee is governed strictly by the suitability parameters detailed in our reports.
• CA Partner Suite Onboarding Fee: Packages that include ongoing CA partner tax compliance suites are billed. If, within 7 days of onboarding, you do not receive a written Portfolio X-Ray report or tax gap assessment that is specific and actionable, you are entitled to a full refund of your first month’s fee. No questions asked.

5. User Declarations and Responsibilities

By using this website and applying for our reviews, you declare that:

• You are a resident of India, an NRI, or otherwise legally permitted to invest in Indian securities.
• The financial, goal, and income information provided in our forms is accurate, current, and complete.
• You understand that the final decision to invest in any mutual fund scheme rests solely with you, and you have read and understood the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKY Trustable Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., its principal Ashok Kumar Yadav, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or lost profits arising from market volatility, performance underachievement of schemes, errors in third-party databases, or actions/omissions of our empanelled CA partners.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, visual graphics, calculation templates, and reports on this website are the intellectual property of AKY Trustable Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. No part of these materials may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Punjab/Chandigarh, India.
