We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) and do not charge advisory fees. All services are governed by the AMFI Code of Conduct and relevant SEBI guidelines.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We only collect personal data that is necessary, relevant, and volunteered by you. This includes:

3. Purpose of Processing and Lawful Basis

Under the DPDP Act 2023, we process your personal data on the lawful basis of your **explicit, granular, and informed consent**. We process your data for the following specific purposes:

  • To calculate and provide your personalized Mutual Fund Health Score.
  • To review your portfolio suitability and prepare a written recommendation report.
  • To facilitate the transaction execution of mutual fund schemes under our distributor channel (ARN-320180).
  • To introduce you to our empanelled CA partner for independent tax planning and ITR filing services (only when explicitly requested by you).
  • To send you transactional context messages and market updates via email or WhatsApp.

4. Granular Consent and Withdrawal

Your consent is provided through positive, affirmative actions on our web forms. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To withdraw your consent to receive updates or request the cessation of processing, please email us at support@trustableservice.com. Upon receipt, we will cease processing your personal data within 15 business days, unless we are legally required to retain it for compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulatory records.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party marketing companies. We only share your data with the following entities for service execution:

  • Asset Management Companies (AMCs) & Registrars (RTAs): Such as CAMS and KFintech, to execute your mutual fund transactions.
  • Empanelled CA Partner: Shared strictly upon your explicit instruction to enable CA partner services (tax audit, ITR filing).
  • Regulatory & Legal Authorities: To comply with mandatory requests from SEBI, AMFI, tax authorities, or other statutory bodies under Indian law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal and financial data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. However, as an AMFI-registered distributor, we are required by SEBI and AMFI guidelines to retain certain transaction, KYC, and suitability documents for a mandatory period (usually 5 to 8 years). Once this period expires and the data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Security Safeguards

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. This includes standard SSL encryption, restricted access controls to databases, and secure, encrypted communication protocols.
